alarms out there. I have the AG4 (now the newer model clifford AG5) that will NOT let you start the car by accident... here's why. You have to set the remote start while you're in the car so the car has to be in neutral anyway for you to set it. It dow now have a clutch bypass switch of some sort where you could be stupid and leave it in gear. Once you've deactivated the alarm, you can't just push the start button and have it fire up on you. It also has other wonderful features like a pit mode where you can leave the car running for 30 min so if you needed to run inside the house for 5 min and didn't want to turn off your car, it's useful. Turbo timer mode, self explanatory. and a bunch of other features.The alarm is expensive but you pay for what you get.
